The Peters Group is an owner-managed investment firm based in Hamburg and Frankfurt that provides comprehensive services covering the entire life cycle of a property. Under our umbrella, we bring together three business divisions that cover the entire life cycle of a property—from Investment Management and Development to Real Estate Management.

This approach results in real estate products that are compelling today and will stand the test of time tomorrow. We are currently developing a platform with over 100 locations nationwide—more than 30 projects in progress and a gross project volume exceeding 1.5 bn euros. Over a period of more than 25 years, the group of companies has accumulated over a hundred projects and a total gross project volume of around 2 bn euros, which have significantly shaped the companies’ profile and expertise.
