Your application process at the Peters Group

1. We receive your application:

  • Receipt and review of your application materials
  • HR will contact you via email or phone for an initial introduction.
  • Your HR contact will guide you through the entire process.
  • If you have any questions, this person is your direct contact

2. Job interview:

Depending on the position, there will be 2–3 interviews:

  1. Introduction: Getting to know the HR representative in charge
  2. Discussion: Technical discussion with experts or a manager
  3. Discussion: Discussion with the future manager

3. Contract Offer:

What happens next:

  • Prompt feedback following the interviews
  • Direct contract offer if selected
  • An HR contact person is available to answer your questions at any time
