Your responsibilities

Overall responsibility for Accounting, Controlling, Treasury, and Structured Finance

Preparation, consolidation, and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and consolidated reports
-
Support for operating and property companies, including bookkeeping, payroll, and cost and budget control
-
Liaison with Controlling, tax advisors, and auditors, as well as involvement in financing and exit strategies
-
Further development of internal processes, digitization of accounting, and preparation of documents relevant to decision-making
What you need to bring
-
Completed training with a qualification as a certified public accountant and several years of experience in accounting, ideally in Real Estate or Development

Excellent knowledge of German Commercial Code (HGB), proficiency in accounting for real estate projects, and experience with property companies and complex financing structures

Proficiency in DATEV, MS Office, Excel, and ideally project controlling tools such as Alasco
-
Several years of leadership experience managing teams (approx. 3–8 employees) and knowledge of planning, construction services, and defect and change order management
-
Team-oriented, flexible, and high-performing work style with a strong business acumen, excellent German language skills, and good English language skills
