Our concept offers customized space solutions for a wide range of industries serving German small and medium-sized businesses. We provide companies with flexible and modular spaces in high-quality warehouse segments that are optimally tailored to their specific needs and ensure a prestigious business address. For businesses, our business parks offer ready-to-occupy segments starting at approx. 200 m² of GFA‑R, with about 25% office space, and the option to combine individual units into larger parcels. Thanks to the modularity and flexibility of the units, tenants can respond to economic changes at the location at any time without having to relocate. This sustainably strengthens location loyalty, enhances the property’s reputation, and ensures its suitability for third-party use.
