Technical Project Manager (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

Project management, construction supervision, and oversight of new construction projects through HOAI service phases 5–8 until completion
Coordination of general contractors, specialist planners, government agencies, and external project stakeholders
Application of LEAN methods and BIM workflows to optimize the construction process
Preparation and review of planning documents, construction schedules, specifications, cost estimates, and feasibility analyses
Responsible project controlling, risk management, Reporting, and ensuring project objectives are met in terms of quality, schedule, and cost

A degree in civil or industrial engineering or a comparable qualification, with 5–10 years of experience in large-scale self-financed construction projects and the real estate development business
In-depth knowledge of the German real estate market, planning and building regulations, as well as relevant standards and regulations (VOB, DIN/ISO, BauGB, BauNVO, B-Pläne, LandesBauO)
Experience in managing general contractors, subcontractors, planners, and finishing trades, as well as in tendering, awarding contracts, and managing defects and change orders
Several years of experience in HOAI service phases 5–8, combined with business acumen, priority management, and goal-oriented project work
Strong soft skills: teamwork, assertiveness, conflict management, empathy, interdisciplinary approach, flexibility, and excellent German language skills; proficient in MS Office; experience with scheduling and cost estimation software is a plus
