Your responsibilities

Project management, coordination, and financial oversight of construction projects through HOAI service phases 1–4 (and partially phase 5) until handover to the construction project manager
Planning, supervision, and management of complex new construction projects, including specialist planners, government agencies, and external Stakeholders
Application of LEAN methods and BIM workflows to optimize the planning process
Preparation and formatting of documents, cost estimates, schedules, specifications, feasibility analyses, and project Business Plans
Scheduling, milestone tracking, risk management, project controlling, Reporting, and professional client support throughout all project phases

A degree in architecture, civil engineering, or industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification, with 5–10 years of experience in single-family home construction, large-scale projects, and real estate development
In-depth knowledge of the German real estate market, planning and building regulations, relevant standards (VOB, DIN/ISO, BauGB, BauNVO, B-Pläne, LandesBauO), and service phases 1–4
Experience in managing general contractors, internal and external planners, as well as in tendering, awarding contracts, and managing defects and change orders
Strong skills in communication, conflict management, project management, teamwork, empathy, flexibility, and a goal-oriented approach
Very good knowledge of MS Office, ideally knowledge of scheduling and cost estimation software, as well as very good German and good English skills
