With YORS Hotels, the Peters Group is building a strong platform for Mid-Scale Hotels and Serviced Apartments in Germany. The focus is on modern Hospitality concepts that stand out thanks to efficient floor plans, flexible operating models, and attractive locations. Whether it’s new construction, Refurbishment, or renovation—every project combines high-quality architecture, sustainable construction, and customer-focused services.

This creates a scalable brand that successfully positions short- and long-stay concepts in A, B, and C cities. Approx. 1,000 rooms are already under contract, with hotels either in operation or in the planning stages. The long-term goal is to build a portfolio of approx. 80 hotels.
