Legal Counsel (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

Legal support for the entire real estate project development process, from acquisition through planning and construction to sale, including the review and drafting of project contracts as well as assistance with permitting procedures
Review, oversight, and ensuring Compliance with existing contracts and construction projects to minimize legal risks
Responsibility for compliance with all relevant legal regulations in construction, planning, environmental, and corporate law, as well as the identification and assessment of legal risks
Establishment, management, and further development of an internal legal team, including coordination, training, and close collaboration with specialist departments and project teams
Collaboration with external attorneys and law firms on complex legal cases, management of external reviews and contract negotiations to ensure efficient and high-quality legal advice

A law degree and admission to the bar, with several years of experience in Real Estate, construction, and project development law
In-depth knowledge of commercial lease, construction, and project contracts, as well as Compliance, regulatory requirements, and risk management
Experience working with external attorneys, notaries, and government agencies, and ideally in building and managing legal teams
Strategic thinking, organizational skills, assertiveness, and a confident demeanor when interacting with internal and external Stakeholders
Very good MS Office skills; experience with contract and document management systems is a plus
