Manager Acquisition + Investment (m/w/d)
Your responsibilities
- Successful acquisition and comprehensive development of land for standardized business parks and large-scale projects, ensuring quality, timely completion, and cost-effectiveness
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with real estate agents, investors, property owners, local governments, economic development agencies, and project partners, as well as managing external service providers
- Conducting project-specific feasibility studies, digital research, potential assessments, and risk management for acquired projects
- Monitoring of projects, including payment processing, controlling, Reporting, and serving as the central point of contact for all project stakeholders
- Participation in trade shows, events, and networking opportunities to strengthen market presence, as well as support for project marketing and sales activities
What you need to bring

Relevant professional experience in the real estate industry, ideally in Investment, Commercial Real Estate, land acquisition, or brokerage, as well as knowledge of the German real estate market and the fundamentals of building law

Completed vocational training or a degree in real estate management or a technical field

Initial experience in the purchase and sale of land or in collaborating with development companies, investors, or property owners, as well as an interest in the economic valuation of land

High degree of initiative, structured and solution-oriented approach to work, strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, and a confident demeanor

Proficiency in MS Office, very good German language skills, English language skills are a plus, and willingness to travel within Germany
