Your responsibilities

  • Reception & Guest Services
  • Telephone Service & Call Management
  • Office Operations Management
  • Coordination of external service providers
  • Administrative Support & Event Planning

What you need to bring

  • Business training or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in reception, office, or administrative support is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and good German language skills (English is a plus)
  • Friendly, professional demeanor and strong communication skills
  • Organizational skills, reliability, discretion, and a structured and resilient work ethic
