Junior Manager Acquisition + Investment (m/w/d)
Your responsibilities
- Assistance with the coordination and organization of acquisition processes, as well as the collection of documents relevant to the purchase
- Execution of successful land acquisitions and comprehensive Development, as well as preparation of feasibility studies
- Researching locations, projects, and competitors
- Preparation of presentations and decision-making documents for internal processes
- Expanding and maintaining networks, as well as CRM management and the use of digital platforms
What you need to bring
-
Entry-level professionals with up to 3 years of experience in Real Estate, Development, or Investment, as well as a completed vocational training program or degree in Real Estate or a related technical field

Basic knowledge of the German real estate market, interest in the fundamentals of building and planning law, as well as initial experience in the purchase and sale of land or in collaborating with development companies and investors

Interest in real estate project development and the economic valuation of land

Proficiency in MS Office, ideally experience with CRM software, very good German language skills, and good English language skills

Independent, structured, and creative work style, as well as strong communication and teamwork skills and high motivation
