Your responsibilities
- Responsibility for strategic and operational HR management throughout the entire employee lifecycle
- Development and implementation of HR strategies and employer branding
- Management of the recruitment process for specialists and executives
- Advising the executive board and managers on HR matters
- Optimization of HR processes, administration, and HR Reporting, including compliance with labor laws
What you need to bring
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Business Psychology, or a related field
- Several years of HR management experience
- Labor law, recruiting, and personnel development
- Analytical, structured, and strategic approach to work
- Strong communication skills, team leadership, and proficiency with digital HR tools (MS Office, English)
