With the purchase of a roughly 10,000 m² plot of land in Kremmen, Peters Development GmbH is expanding the Portfolio of its “Hanse Gewerbehöfe” investment product. By the end of 2026, approximately 27 flexibly divisible units are to be built on the site in the northwestern Berlin suburbs, tailored specifically to the needs of tradespeople, small and medium-sized enterprises, regional logistics, and service providers. The seller was a commercial property owner. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
Following the recent land acquisitions in Trebbin and Magdeburg, this marks the third acquisition in the Berlin metropolitan region. Peters Development is thus consistently and rapidly expanding the presence of “Hanse Gewerbehöfe” near the capital.
Kremmen stands out for its excellent connections to the national highway network, particularly the A24, with direct proximity to the A10 (Berliner Ring). The location’s appeal is further enhanced by solid public transportation links for employees from the surrounding area. Local retailers, restaurants, and service providers are available in the immediate vicinity, representing key location factors for regional user groups.
“With Kremmen, we are gaining a location that is very well-connected and regionally anchored, ideal for our modular, flexibly divisible units. The project complements our strategy of providing space for regional companies in an urban yet cost-efficient manner,” explains Jakob Peters, Managing Director of Peters Development GmbH.
In Kremmen, too, the development will be implemented according to Peters Development’s proven sustainability concept. The planned units will be constructed using a hybrid building method, with the goal of achieving DGNB Gold Standard certification. Photovoltaic systems and electric vehicle charging stations are also part of the concept.
With the acquisition in Kremmen, Peters Development is strengthening the supply of divisible, modern commercial space in the capital region and purposefully continuing the nationwide expansion of the “Hanse Gewerbehöfe” network.
