As part of its “Hanse Gewerbehöfe” investment product, Peters Development GmbH has acquired a commercial property spanning over 12,000 square meters in the central area of Trebbin (Berlin-Brandenburg logistics region). Approximately 27 flexibly divisible units are scheduled to be built on the site by the end of 2026. The seller was a commercial property owner. The parties agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
Trebbin is located within the established logistics regions surrounding the Berlin-Brandenburg metropolitan area, thereby strengthening the presence of the “Hanse Gewerbehöfe” network on the outskirts of the capital. The project offers direct access to Berlin’s ring highway network (A10) with connections to the A9 and A13. At the same time, the Trebbin train station, within walking distance, ensures excellent public transportation access. Thanks to its immediate proximity to local retailers, restaurants, and small businesses, the location also excels in terms of its micro-location.
“With Trebbin, we are specifically targeting a logistics periphery that, on the one hand, leverages the advantages of the capital region, while on the other hand offering attractive conditions for regional users. The combination of highway access, public transit accessibility, and good local amenities makes the location particularly economical for our modular ‘Hanse Gewerbehöfe’ business parks,” said Jakob Peters, Managing Director of Peters Development GmbH.
The units are being developed using sustainable hybrid construction methods, aiming for DGNB Gold Standard certification, and include the installation of photovoltaic systems and electric vehicle charging stations. The goal is to provide divisible commercial spaces in urban-like locations with strong transportation connections—tailored for small and medium-sized enterprises in the trades, services, and small-scale logistics sectors.
With the acquisition in Trebbin, Peters Development is consistently continuing the nationwide expansion of the “Hanse Gewerbehöfe.”
