At this year’s Girls’ Day, we were pleased to welcome eight participants aged 11 to 15 to our office in Hamburg. Together with our colleagues from @Peters + Peters, we were able to show just how diverse, hands-on, and wide-ranging our day-to-day business operations actually are.
What tasks define the day-to-day work of a managing director? How does a project develop from the initial idea to implementation? And what role does a thorough location analysis play in this process?
Our CEO @Jakob Peters, our HR team, and @Natascha Varchmin, CEO at Peters + Peters, addressed these questions and provided insights into the actual workflows and decision-making processes.
After these initial insights, it was time to put theory into practice. The participants carried out their own exercises in location analysis and project planning—including a sample implementation for the “Hanse business park.”
During the lunch break, we headed up to our terrace with a view over Hamburg. ⚓
Thank you to all our colleagues who made this day possible, and to our participants for their curiosity and interest.
