Last week, @Jakob Peters, @Steffen Schaack, and Denis Melcher were at @MIPIM in Cannes—right in the thick of discussions with international investors, developers, and partners.

Our focus: the fastest-growing subsegments in the commercial real estate market. With projects like the Hanse Gewerbehöfe and YORS Hotels, we’re developing exactly the asset classes that are currently in high demand—offering exciting opportunities for investors and developers.

Over lunch at La Môme Plage, the discussions continued even off the exhibition grounds—with fruitful conversations, new perspectives, and valuable connections.
