Peters Development at the Real Estate Forecast 2026 in Frankfurt

Insights from Frankfurt – as a sponsor, we were not only part of this important event, but also had the opportunity to share insights from our investment product, Hanse Gewerbehöfe.

Our personal highlight was the presentation by our CEO Jakob Peters in the “New Investment Potential” category. Titled “Business Parks in an Institutional Context,” it addressed the question of what a pivotal role Light Industrial concepts can play in resilient real estate portfolios in the future.

Anyone rethinking commercial real estate must start with the user, not the building. The focus was on:

➡️ the appeal of small-scale, flexibly usable commercial structures

➡️ broad tenant diversification as a stabilizing factor

➡️ as well as the growing relevance of business parks as a stable asset class for institutional investors
