For every successful placement, we offer you an attractive commission of 8.5%.

We focus on sites with potential for Development, particularly those where new value can be created through infill development, repurposing, or new construction.

Our acquisition profile:

Macro-location: A and B cities and logistics regions; each within a maximum 45-minute drive
Micro-location: good transportation connections (near access roads, highways, local amenities, and public transportation links)
Potential building rights: industrial zones (GI), commercial zones (GE), mixed-use zones (MI), and, in individual cases, undeveloped and buildable lots in accordance with §34 of the German Building Code (BauGB)
